Minor fix: every club is findable by sport again

A club is tagged with a sport through its active teams. That is the right rule — but twenty-six of our thirty clubs had not registered any teams yet, so they carried no sport at all and every sport filter skipped past them.

A club’s federation already declares which sports it governs, so we now fall back to that when the teams say nothing. Only for clubs with no teams of their own; a club that has done the work is still described by its own teams.

Coverage went from four clubs out of thirty to thirty out of thirty.
