Reporting a buddy, and knowing it was heard

The platform connects people one-to-one, and that only works if there is somewhere to go when a connection goes wrong.

Reports are now kept against the profile they concern, one per reporter, so reporting twice does not double-count and never overwrites the first. An admin is notified as it happens. A profile reported by several different people is suspended automatically — the count is of distinct reporters, not of reports, which is the difference between a pattern and one persistent individual.

Admins also got the view they had been missing: a filterable list of buddy profiles with contact details, and the ability to edit, deactivate or delete. Deleting a buddy releases the people they were matched with back into the queue rather than leaving them assigned to nobody.
