Trial requests, routed the way your club works

When somebody asks to try a training session, who should hear about it? We had one answer. Clubs have several.

Your club now picks its own. Handle every request centrally, as before. Route them to the buddy already looking after that newcomer. Or send them straight to the coach of the team in question — which is what a club with a volunteer office and twenty teams actually wants.

Teams can have their own admins, and a buddy can be linked to specific teams. Every booking records the route it took, so you can see afterwards where a request went.

And requests nobody answers now escalate instead of expiring quietly. No newcomer is left waiting on an inbox.
